The Caregiver Cottage is legally an RV, and the county allows an RV to be used as a dwelling for this purpose, provided it is connected to an approved sewage disposal system and the home care need is confirmed by a physician. We are offering this for $17,700 delivered to a road accessible site within 200 miles of Petaluma, California. We are also presenting a workshop in which participants will learn how to assemble this cottage from a kit. The first workshop will take place on Saturday, June 6, 2009.
